Our Pricing Options:
- One-Off Repair £138+ cost of any part (if) needed + VAT
This includes repairing your boiler at a fixed price, plus the costs of any parts (if) needed. Our heating engineer will be happy to offer a quote for any replacement parts needed. Once you are happy with the quote given, only then we will begin repairing your boiler. If you decide no to go ahead with the service, you will be charged £75+VAT for our engineer's time and for them to diagnose the issue. If you are experiencing other issues, such as a leaky radiator when the original issue was a broken boiler, we will offer a separate quote for each repair.
- Repair and Ongoing Cover £99 (fee for the initial repair, labour and parts included) + £22 p/m
You pay less upfront for your initial repair and then choose one of our CARE PLANS for total peace of mind for the rest of the year!
When you choose this plan, our engineers will take a look at your boiler, and we may also repair the fault or any directly related faults. For all unrelated faults, such as a leaking radiator when the original issue was a broken boiler, we will offer a separate quote for each repair. We will then cover future repairs to your boiler and central heating system for 12 months.
*Please Note: If a full drain down of your Electric Boiler, Storage Heater, Cylinder or Thermal store is needed, the Labour charge will increase to £225+VAT with the One-Off Repair option and to £199 with the Repair and Ongoing Cover option. This is because Electric Boilers normally contain a very large amount of stored water and the time spent on draining down, repairing and filling back up is significantly extended.
